The Human Resources Bureau Chief has responsibility for all aspects of the human resources function for the City, including organizational and leadership development, compensation planning and administration, recruitment, performance management, labor relations, benefits, training, and legal compliance. The demonstrated ability to work effectively with unions, be innovative and proactive, and to build strong relationships with our 600+ employees, management, the administration, and the community is essential.
